Supporting Women in Construction

East Coast Traffic Control is proud of our highly skilled and hardworking female crew members that continue to deliver Gold Standard outcomes for all our clients from small businesses to large Government projects.

It is a core initiative at East Coast Traffic Control to support and grow our female workforce and provide pathways for our female staff to progress with confidence and respect.

East Coast Traffic Control currently has 81 female staff members attributing to 32% of our business. The flexibility that we provide allows our workers to adjust their availability to suit outside commitments they may have which in turn has ensured we retain great staff that enjoy their work, equal pay, and the freedom it provides
