East Coast Traffic Control has a depot in Tumbarumba, giving projects across the Snowy Valleys direct access to experienced, ISO certified traffic control crews. We support road maintenance, forestry and timber haulage routes, utilities and community events throughout the region.
Our Tumbarumba crews provide stop/slow and lane closures, road closures and detours, and the design and implementation of TMPs (Traffic Management Plans) and TGSs (Traffic Guidance Schemes). We regularly work on winding, high-speed rural roads where sight distance, heavy vehicles and changing weather all have to be planned for, including the Snowy Valleys Way and the routes linking Tumbarumba with Tumut, Batlow and Holbrook.
Because our team is based in Tumbarumba, we can mobilise quickly for planned works and respond 24/7 to emergencies such as storm damage, fallen trees, slips and crashes.
Our Tumbarumba depot works alongside our Wagga Wagga and Young depots, so larger projects can draw on additional crews and equipment from across Southern NSW without losing local knowledge.
