Congratulations to Michael Magill, our very competent and safety-focused TMI, for receiving the CMC Civil and Mining Safety Award this month for his excellent work on the Clarke Creek Wind Farm project in Marlborough. We are proud to support CMC with their ongoing progression of this construction project.
This renewable energy project is owned by Squadron Energy. Stage One and Two will produce enough wind, solar power, and battery energy to power more than 660,000 homes, equivalent to 40 percent of Queensland households, and will export lower-cost electricity directly into the National Electricity Market, directly lowering power prices for millions of Queensland households and businesses, progressing sustainability solutions for Central Queensland.
